Chainguard, Inc. ("Chainguard") offers the Products, Services, Technology Previews and other offerings, as set forth in its documentation and as further described below, to the entity identified on an applicable order form (each such entity, "Customer") mutually executed by Chainguard and Customer (each such order form, an "Order"). Customer's specific entitlements, including any usage limits or restrictions, are limited to the Products, Services, Technology Previews and other offerings specified in the applicable Order and are subject to the terms of the Agreement (as defined in such Order) and the applicable descriptions, specifications, and other parameters set forth on this page, which may be updated by Chainguard from time to time by posting an updated version. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings ascribed in the Agreement or if no such agreement is in effect, Chainguard’s MSLA. By accessing or using the Products, Services, Technology Previews and other offerings, Customer is accepting all of the applicable terms thereto and agrees such terms are enforceable like any written agreement signed by Customer.
